Pest Control Maintenance Service
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. We provide treatment plans catered to the needs of each client for the most effective pest control prevention. With the utilization of IPM (Integrated Pest Management), inspection is the most important step to take to determine the extent of an issue. For this reason, we provide a detailed inspection of the structure, and will identify the species that seems to be causing issues. The next step is to establish control and stay ahead of insects and rodents that could otherwise invade and fester within your home. For prevention, we offer a bi-monthly service (alternating months). This includes detailed inspections to identify current and potential pest issues, and then the implementation of a treatment plan to control these pests.
In tandem with insect and spider treatment, rodent control is also offered within this service. Rodent control is best implemented with the use of traps and bait. Traps and bait are always applied to areas in which children, pets and wildlife cannot access them. These are methods used to control and monitor rat and mouse populations. Verifying that all openings to a structure are fully sealed is the best way to prevent rodents from causing damage to a home, particularly the crawl space. Any openings that are found during services will be reported so that plans can be made to seal them shut.
After your initial treatment, we return every other month, and offer free return service and call-backs in between as needed. This means that if you have a pest issue that is concerning, we can closely monitor it until it is resolved. It also means that if you are worried about a pest, you can have us check out the situation expediently, without paying anything extra.
Nobody should have to live with pests in their home, and pricing shouldn't be something that excludes you from peace of mind and safety. This is why we do not charge an initial set-up fee for service; only a monthly fee.
