We offer a semi-monthly service. This includes detailed inspections to identify current and potential pest issues, and then the implementation of a treatment plan to control these pests. We remove insect and spider nests from the structures, and apply treatments to safely prevent them from entering your home.

Rodent control is also offered within this service at no additional cost. Rodent bait stations can be installed to monitor and control rat and mouse populations, while being totally safe for children, pets, and wildlife. In homes with a crawl space, a corner to corner inspection will take place to search for rodent activity and other pests. Traps will be placed throughout the area to monitor the situation over time. Any openings that are found during this inspection will be reported so that plans can be made to seal them shut.

After your initial treatment, we return every other month, and offer free return service and call-backs in between as needed. This means that if you have a pest issue that is concerning, we can closely monitor it until it is resolved. It also means that if you are worried about a pest, you can have us check out the situation expediently, without paying anything extra.

Nobody should have to live with pests in their home, and pricing shouldn't be something that excludes you from peace of mind and safety. This is why we do not charge an initial set-up fee for service; only a monthly fee.
