How It Works
Cockroaches are known for their survivability in extreme environments. They are prolific breeders and have a fast life-cycle which lends itself to quickly taking over a residence. They are highly adaptable, which means that many over-the-counter insecticides may not do much to slow them down. When they are present in large numbers, they can contribute to respiratory illness, and can spread food-borne disease. This is why it is so important to have them removed quickly.

Bed bugs can grow in population without being noticed for some time. Their bites do not always cause a skin reaction, and the reaction can be delayed by several days, or even weeks. They are hide and seek champions, and will usually require a professional to locate and identify them accurately. These insects are also highly resistant to many insecticides, so specialized treatments using a series of different methods are required to fully evict them.
